Return & Refund Policy – Okiedoky

At Okiedoky, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help—under the following conditions.

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • A full unboxing video of the package is provided, starting from the moment the parcel seal is opened.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition – unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please email us at okiedoky99@gmail.com with your order ID and unboxing video.
If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and further instructions.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval or without the required video will not be accepted.


Refunds (in case of damaged or defective items)

If your item is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon verification, your refund will be provided in the form of store credits.
These credits can be used for future purchases on Okiedoky and do not expire.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
